ST. PETERSBURG — This morning police detonated a suitcase in front of Scientology’s Life Improvement Center after cult officials reported a “bomb threat.”Afterwards the police stated definitively that the suitcase did not contain a bomb.

The internet group known as “Anonymous,” which explicitly forbids the use of violence against the cult, its members, or its buildings, responded by implicating Scientology itself as responsible for the incident.

“I think it is a fake threat by Scientology to discredit their critics,” said one of the cult’s opponents.

However, at 6:30PM EST this evening, the Associated Press and Reuters have both reported receiving transmissions claiming responsibility for the bomb threats–from the Marcabians (see photo), whose enormous invasion fleet continues to lie in wait hovering above our planet defenseless planet.

Rulers of the galactic Marcab Confederacy, the Marcabians are a race of beings with a ruthlessly oppressive regime and who also enjoy racing. The Confederacy is best known publicly for its mass-implantation of the souls of its citizens in the bodies of Earthlings as a form of penal imprisonment. Continue reading

Did you need another reason not to watch “24”? I didn’t. But if you do, well, now you have it.

Clearing Teegeeack ($cientologese for “Earth”) is a tall order. Best to start with somewhere smaller; like, oh, say, American Samoa, which recently told the cult they can have their caek and eat it too. However, in this case, cake means billboards.

Fail of the Week: Scn flunks yet another legal maneuver. Can’t you fuckers get anything right?

DM needs to get his betchass under Nixon’s valence and call a goddamn plumber. Wait, isn’t that what the RPFers are for? Well, probably he’s too busy ironing out all the kinks in Hubbard’s “recovered” Yenta Tech.

This most recent one is a goldmine. Enjoy.

Of Misunderstoods

One of the things I’ve always loved about Scientology is its emphasis on words. In a sense, one might say its something we actually have in common. In my mind, words certainly do matter a great deal more than that for which people give them credit. Syntax, style, grammar–they are truly marvels of human development; not just in that we have elaborate sets of established rules by which we use them, but because we can intentionally subvert and twist them. This act can be playful just as much as it can be deceitful. Continue reading

Kate Olson photoPRESS RELEASE
Portland, Oregon – March 11, 2008
— For Immediate Release —
Portland, OR resident Susan Lentsch is issuing a public statement on March 15 at the Scientology Headquarters Los Angeles, CA, calling on her daughter’s employer, the Church of Scientology, to permit her daughter, Katherine “Kate” Olson, to come home from Los Angeles to Portland to visit her family. Ms. Lentsch has seen Kate for only six days during the past 15 years and reports that the Church of Scientology has forbidden Kate to leave the facility where she both works and is housed in order to visit family.

Kate was recruited into the Sea Organization (Sea Org), an affiliate of the Church of Scientology, in 1993, at age 17. Susan Lentsch, at that time a Scientologist, signed papers permitting her minor daughter to become a Sea Org employee; Ms. Lentsch states she signed the forms under pressure and while influenced by Scientology indoctrination.
